Welcome.

A Showcase of Professional Experience and Academic Product.

About Me.

I am a passionate and dedicated emergency nurse with nearly a decade of professional experience. My home base is currently in Edmonton, AB, but since becoming an RN in late 2015, I have had the privilege of practicing across our beautiful country. My journey began in St. John’s, Newfoundland, followed by a year and a half in Churchill, Manitoba providing acute care and emergency medicine. I, then, embraced the challenge of travel nursing, gaining invaluable experiences in the Yukon, Northern Labrador, and Nunavut providing primary and emergency care. This timeframe included a stint as a Chronic Disease Nurse turned Certified Diabetes Educator on an 18 month contract in my home of London, ON during a maternity leave coverage before resuming remote nursing in Nunavut. From there, I resumed practice in emergency medicine in Nova Scotia for two years before returning to Newfoundland, where it all began.

I have worked for various agencies and facilities. Although not always unionized, I have belonged to various regulatory bodies to practice ethically and responsibly as standardized in nursing. My most recent provincial license belonging to the College of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador (CRNNL).
